Out of stock notice

Due to high demand, a product may become sold out.

If a product offered on thefutureisbamboo.com website is out of stock between the time of your on-line order and the software’s notification of a stock shortage, The future is bamboo will contact you to inform you of the out of stock issue. We can then arrange a later shipping of the item when it becomes available.


One year warranty on new products kept in their original packaging and sealed. The warranty begins when the product is shipped directly from The future is bamboo and ends one year later. Any warranty will be void if the product is opened or already in use.

Returns / Exchanges

Nobody would ever want to use an already used toothbrush.

Since this is a personal hygiene product, no return is accepted. If the product is damaged upon receipt by the customer, please contact customer service and we can possibly arrange a replacement.

Shipping Policy

At check out, you can choose the option to track the shipment via the Canada Post (Express Delivery) courier service.

We will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail when the merchandise has been shipped, however, only if the customer has agreed to pay the additional costs required to obtain a package tracking number.

You can also track your delivery by entering the tracking number provided at www.canadapost.ca. For all other orders (free shipping and standard delivery), products will be shipped via regular Canada Post Service, so no tracking number.
